There's other ways to do it also. Do a Google search for "rebuild performance counters" and you should find a lot of answers, like this one: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/300956.

but the LODCTR /R is the easiest if it works

i have tried what gigus said but this error keep show up.....
can anyone help me?
im running windows xp 32bit sp2 ....

If you get this error too,

Open the Windows Command Prompt (cmd.exe)
Type in: LODCTR /R
Press Enter.

Your done.
