I'm not sure if understand exactly what you're asking, but I think you're asking if you use BEM to type text then can BEM read it without stopping the script or flush cache? The answer is no. It would still need to be saved and stopped/flushed because they are 2 different instructions.

Another way to say it is:
- You can "write" anytime/anywhere without saving
- You can only "read" new text after saving and stopping the script or flushing cache

It's the "read" part that will drive your answer.

oh okay thanks now i got it :D
please close this Thread .

yea, it will still write to a document or file

...and yes, flush cache will work. I haven't tested all possibilities, but I have a script with separate functions that each read a part of the file. At the start of each function I have "flush cache" and it reads anything new (and saved). I haven't tested it without functions, but I would assume it would work also.

Ok thanks .
But do I have to use it at anywhere I make a file.write ?

EDIT: I saw you edited your post with your flush cache results...glad you got it working! Awesome :D

it will show the Old info not the newer one
2 things:
If you just type new info into a document, BEM will not read the new info; you must save the file after changes and then BEM will read the new info the next time you run the script.

Keep in mind, if you're making live changes to a document you need to stop the script; a macro.restart will not work.

well i'm using the command
Code:
     File.Write text("", "", "")

so it should write it into a Document right ?
will the code do the job ?
Code:
File.Flush Cache()

EDIT : i've used Flush cache and worked as it should do .
Thanks

Hello ,
i've an issue in reading files will share a script without source code as i can't just show all the ppl the source .
the issue is when u Launch the script u can make the Configurations u want from it then it have a Button called Bot Info when u press in it , it opens a HTML Window shows all the info u have made , once u change the info (Without Stopping the Script and relaunch it , just close the HTML Window it will do a Macro.Restart by it self) then go change the config and then get back to Bot Info it will show the Old info not the newer one (i made in it to clear variables when Restarting macro so that shouldn't happen) idk why .
here is the script(Will send the Script source to the Admin who answers in this Topic
