Non-Jogress are better at surviving thanks to memory skills. It's just harder to reach higher HP with them, but you don't need THAT high of a HP anyway.

yeah i think that omega mm will be added to the game but not in any time soon

Ulforce FM is only for top rankers in Masters Match, so unless you're that kind of player, don't expect to get him any time soon.
Omega MM is currently Linkz exclusive Digimon, so take it with a grain of salt. We may or may not ever get him.

Honestly, they're the same. Tanker need to deal the highest damage in the team to pull the boss, and hitter also need HP to take the boss skill. There is no difference in requirements, just what you do in battle

For accessories, make sure to have:
Ring = AT AT
Necklace = AT AS CD
Earrings = CD CD

After you have all those, the rest of the options can be HP. 2-4 HP options should be enough for any raids.
