The fast and easy way is to use the "humanly" instructions: viewforum.php?f=494

You can also make the same things yourself if those don't fit what you need by using variables. Imagine a box that you want the mouse to click in. Get the far left and right coordinates (x axis) and set a random variable between those 2 coordinates. Do the same for the y coordinates. Then click at coordinate {x}{y}; it will be random every time, but inside of the imaginary box you chose.
Code:
 begin
     Variable.Set random number("x", "200", "400")
     Variable.Set random number("y", "200", "400")
     Mouse.Move to coordinate("{x}", "{y}")
 end
You can use the Investigator tool with a screenshot from the game to help you define the imaginary box.

To make it go past the spot and then back, just do the same thing but add variable.math functions to add or subtract from those coordinates after it's moved the first time...or something like that.
