I got the latest but when I turn it on, it asks if I want to install.
Even if I go ahead and install them again, restart windows, it'll ask again the next time

You shouldn't get a message if you have the latest virtual drivers installed and you are using them, but if you have them installed and are not using them you can get a message about that. To disable the message, go to "settings", "input", and select the do not display message box.

Does this happen after you try to use the virtual drivers in DMO?

Do a forum search for "error code 5". It's a problem with DMO and certain operating systems. Basically, DMO will detect the virtual drivers and then block them producing "error code 5". If you do a forum search you will see the answers on what other users have done to get around this for DMO.

...or wait for the next BEM update; it will fixed in the next update.
