is it possible to do a macro that do dungeon runs in this game? (yes, i'm still a noob with BE :P)

Yes, however some technical setup is required. You'll have to get yourself acquainted with memory pointers and if you're new to macro creating, then your best bet is to work with an existing macro on the forums and replace the memory pointers for yourself.
