I just got this messeage now:The mouse and keyboard driver is currently installed,but not selected as a current input mode!What does it means?How to fix it?

It means that the drivers are installed, but you are not using them.

You can turn the warning off inside BE settings (just like the message says)

Yes,needed to change in settings to virtual drivers,working now^^

I have the exact same problem though the BEM program doesn't open.When I try to open , it only displays the message that the keyboard and mouse driver is currently isntalled etc. How can I fix this without using the BEM settings???

Are you using the Launcher?

If you are, dont.
Just upgrade to BEM 2.61 instead.

I'm having the same problem, and anytime I press the "ok" button after it gives me that notice my Blue Eye Macro won't start.
