Subscription not working

Or I don't know how to use it.

I have a sub, payment was just made 2 days ago, but when I try to use Blue Eye it tells me my trial has ended?

Any help would be great.

I don't see any transactions for the BE ID you have listed in your profile. Check the ID in the upper right of the pop-up when BEM launches and compare that to the ID you used when you made the subscription...is it the same?

If it's different, then I just need the BE ID (PM me) that you used and I can transfer it for you.

If it's the same, PM me a screenshot of the transaction (or transaction number from PayPal) and the email address you used for the PayPal purchase, then I can look into it.
