This is a guide for changing monster and item sprite for you bot.
You need to download software GRF Editor extract and install it. (I will attach file here or you can download from the site below)

Then you need the sprite/.spr file you made. (guide for creating your own sprite/.spr link below)

Now decide what monster or item that you are going to change.
Example.
Monster: Skeleton Worker
Item: Skel-bone
we need to rename the sprite/.spr file the you made to the exact filename on the data.grf you can get the Exact filename here:

For Skeleton Worker search for it's file name at the link above just use find then type "skeleton worker" the file name should be on the left side. (Monstly English character)
Filename Description
skel_worker.spr Skeleton Worker
so rename your monster sprite/.spr to skel_worker.spr
For Skel-bone search for it's file name at the link above just use find then type "skel-bone" the file name should be on the left side.(Mostly korean characters)
Filename Description
스켈본.spr Skel-Bone
so rename your Item sprite/.spr to 스켈본.spr
It should look like this.
Now after renaming your files, we can now proceed in adding or changing the sprite/.spr at data.grf.
Be sure to close all running RO client.
Steps in adding/changing sprite/.spr:
1. Run GRF Editor (should Not be runs as admin)
2. First we will the using Korean file names so we will change Display encoding to Korean. ON GRF Editor goto Tool>Settings>Genral
3. Change Display encoding to Korean then click OK
4. Now go to open File>Open then navigate to your data.grf that you wish to edit. (you should be able to find data.grf at your RO folder)
For monster sprite(for item sprite proceed to step 8 )
5. For monster.spr/skel_worker.spr we navigate to monster folder data>sprite>몬스터
6. Now Drag and drop skel_worker.spr to GRF Editor in the monster spr and act files.
7. After drag and drop to confirm that the file was added or replaced the file name should have change it text color.
For Item sprite
8. For item.spr/스켈본.spr we navigate to monster folder data>sprite>아이템
9. Now Drag and drop 스켈본.spr to GRF Editor in the item spr and act files.
10. After drag and drop to confirm that the file was added or replaced the file name should have change it text color.
11. after confirming that it was replaced save it click File> save then wait for it to finish saving before closing.
(Note: if you get error while saving be sure that your RO client is closed and nothing is accessing data.grf)
12. Run the game to see if it worked.
