BEM _ error _

BEM stopped working and the error code is :

xception type: System.ArgumentException
Message: The property 'ExpandedCategories' could not be created from it's default value. Error message: Cannot execute a program. The command being executed was "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\csc.exe" /noconfig /fullpaths @"C:\Users\Ezzat\AppData\Local\Temp\4yo0qdvv.cmdline".

Do you have Microsoft .net framework 3.5 installed; which version are you using?
