Yesterday I downloaded BEM from the link in: Secondary download mirror (BE Macro 2.61)

Then I started to create a macro but when I use the "Investigate" tool and take a screen dump, the screen dump is always smaller than it should be. And it always has a resolution of 1280 x 720.

I don't know what to do anymore, I can't find anyone who has had the same problem. I would greatly appreciate if you can help me as soon as possible since it is impossible for me to continue like this.

I fixed it by changing my screen resolution. but now the resolution of my screen is very low and it looks bad. It can make some pixel detections not good.

How do I raise the resolution of the BEM?

i got this problem too . my resolution was 1980x1080 but when screen it was 1536x960 . bottom and right screen not getting detected ...

--------------

i just got solution . you should check is your Display Setting . did you increase size from 100% to more ?

if you do . just change back to 100% . and then try again .
