I usually use Fraps and record at 60fps, It doesn't have an overlay on the finished product so I've always been fond. Honestly I haven't tried any other one, but since my format I lost my copy. I'm looking for a new one to try and wanted to know if any of the posted give watermarks on the finished images?

As long as it ain't nudes or anything profound. Take it to the PMs for that matter. Your link is fine. Up until the requester asks to take the link down, then we would have to.

I like to use Camtasia Studio 7 or Microsoft Expression Studio.

With Camtasia Studio you can insert a water mark of your choice.

I am using Microsoft Expression Screen Recorder and Expression Encoder. This works really great for a screen record! :)

I find that for DirectX capture Bandicam is best as you can lock video and actual frame rate at different settings (record at 30fps play at 90fps)

For recording anything you should record to an extra HDD (not just partitioned) or an external HDD (or obviously use an SSD if you have one as the speed is just... *.*)

I find Camtasia is the best for creating productions outside of DirecX applications.
