i used playclaw3 to recorded , the quality is same as fraps , but the result of the video size is much smaller than fraps
then i use handbrake to compress size much smaller than before without lossing the quality XD

I used Fraps, but it crashes a lot to write. Jing solved my problem! Thank you.

Camtasia Studio is way ahead of any other screen recording software i have ever tried, however its quite pricey at around 300 USD.

At one point I had a full version of Fraps for free that I used...It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. I don't need to record much anymore but I hear a lot about camtasia.
