Hi,

i have checked the Macro schedule option, it is allow you to start (execute) the macro base on
time schedule but there is no option to stop the macro for example after 2 Hours

if i want to stop the running a macro after sometime (duration) automatically how can i achieve that

Thanks

The easiest way is to script a stopping point into your macro, but if you have a looping macro that never ends...

Then you could use a stopwatch; it's in this section: viewforum.php?f=166
- there's lots of threads on how to use stopwatches if you do a forum search and also at least one video, probably more

There's other ways also, but it depends on how much work you want to put into it. There's documentation under "system" (viewtopic.php?f=170&t=1237) for "get date/time" and criteria to use the retrieved information. I've used this to set up reminders like an alarm clock. So if you have a regular schedule you can set up specific end times.

Hope that helps, good luck!
