Hi how can I recognize a slightly transparent box with one color? When moving the screen in a game, pixel colors on button change due to slight transparency

It depends; you should post a screenshot so we can see what you're working with.

here's some tips tho:
- use something else as a reference (if possible)
- use color range; if color is in RGB range...
-- because usually they can't change too much so they should still be in a range from the original
- instead of using "if color is..." use "if color is not..."
-- example: semi-transparent hp bar and looking for how much hp we have, look in the
negative space of how much hp we don't have; so let's say hp is red, when it goes down
it's the background color and not red
- use a combination of range and "color is not..."
- if it's a static location (let's say based on time instead) the look for the background color. When
the box appears, then it won't be the background color any longer (you can use range with this also)
- there's also instructions/criteria for color change (don't know what you're actually doing, but may help)

Could be other things that can help you, but without seeing it or knowing more about what you're trying to do with the box...this should at least give you some ideas.
