For the crit build it goes as follow,

Lv1-40 before 2nd job,

Lv40 Ninja reset to crit build,
Image

Lv55 1st job crit build,
Image

Lv55 Ninja,
Image

Pet:
Att->stunner, decrease def, buff add extra damage 5%
Merg->Atk,Crit,Str

why ninja is better than stalker..read this
- blessed recovery 5 ninja at least 470hp and more, stalker dashing recovery max 230hp
- katana master give 15% crit, stalk dagger only 5% crit
- Ninja AOE att all direction, stalk only 4 direction
- Gods of wrath lv 5 + 4140 atk + debuff, stalker cylone strider lv 5 +3680 long casting

thanks...i doubt if the author himself can read it XD...but if u already familiar with the skill u can remember wats it for :D...

but...wow dude...this is so messed up...first of all better use magic type skill since ninja more to magic type...

- u cant add "Refined: Ninja Slash" if u didnt add "Ninja Slash at least till 7...
- better take 10% resistance from gears like accessories and belt rather than wasting 5 points on "Endurance"...
- "Demonic Strike" is a physical skill...eventhough the output will become magic dmg if u use magic katana, but as "Demonic Strike" a DPS skill, "Dance of Death" far better DPS skill and it is aoe skill...
- u adding "Undying Ninja" skill in advance skill...it is magic dmg, so i assume u using magic katana and build...But instead u use "Seal of Power" which adding str, which in any way not adding ur dmg at all, only a lil bit more parry. Use "Seal of Shinobi" for ninja...
- "Katana Master" indeed add 15%, while "Mass Attack" for dagger only add 5%. While u mentioned it why ninja is better than stalker, u didnt even touch the "Katana Master" skill...
- if u want aoe dmg, adding up "Skull of Doom" not a good choice cuz it is physical dmg and only deal dmg in cross form. like i said before "Dance of Death" better. better dmg + dps + better area...
- no one use "Terrify" nowadays. u will only be called noob by other ppl cuz using "Terrify". good build can kill others without "Terrify". actually its not bad having "Terrify" as additional dmg. but if u realize, the lvl cap of the game still rising, and the "Terrify" skill only effective for lvl65 below only. means sooner or later ull just wasting 5 points on "Terrify" and it will end up useless. "Water of Lethe" item for skill reset is not that cheap dude and reskill also need a lot of gold...
- for blessed recovery, the chance for every lvl is still the same, only 35%...its not bringing much different in value. if u really love this skill a lot, i suggest max only 2 point...still a waste tho...1 point is gud enough...

My Build Suggestion for Ninja (Level 55):

Demonic Strike - 1
Crippiling Assault - 1
Counter Strike - 1
Hidden Blade - 1
Concealed Spirit - 5
Ninja Slash -7
Ghost Flame - 1
Dance of Death - 7
Doppelganger - 3
Ruthless - 3
Killer Instinct - 3
Seal of Shinobi - 5
Sneak - 5
Sneak Specialization -5
Sneak Mastery - 2
Katana Mastery - 3

Refined: Ninja Slash -1
Refined: Dance of Death -1
God's Wrath - 1
Blessed Recovery - 1
Undying Ninja - 4

Weapon - +dmg for skill sigil
Head - +atk for dagger sigil
Hand - +dmg for skill sigil
Armor - +Hp % sigil
Waist - wis convert to dodge/wis convert to magic crit rate sigil
Feet - +dmg for magic crit

Artifact - Find one with "Rip Effect"
Rings and Necklace - Dodge rings and necklace better with "Rebirth Effect"

Pros:
- has good defensive point and tank enuf(high hp, high dodge, and good def).
- has very high dmg. (always crit with high dmg + super atk speed + passive skill make it spammable dmg + dps + katana and skills already have good dmg).
- the skill are soooooo spammable and non stop (normally can kill a person before they can move from getting stunned).
- u will see almost always critical dmg and evading. non can touch u, but u hit others hard.
- if u poor, u good enuf...if u rich, u r super strong.

Cons:
- u r sooooo unbeatable that people start to hate u. (advice: avoid bragging XD).

Nice Im using a similar set up but for dodge but when I hit 60 ill probably reset to crit
