theres no pattern to enchant weapon, even the rate is 60% it will gain failure too,,its based on the luck

Random is random. There's no tricks to getting around it unless you cheat and the chance rates are purposely rigged lower to ensure micro-transaction purchases. Conspiracy tricks such as "Hold the UP button while crafting will get you a better success rate, etc." and what OP states does not work. I have no tolerance to these kinds of advice as it is counterproductive.
