Npc Genai is at middle village of the beginning, and when you have done Quest from him, he will move to FIW near whamon area :D

you need lv64 and do the quest infinite mountain

before meet him at Village of beginning better u complete quest to unlock devimon dungeon and already clear 1 run devimon dungeon..
u go village of beginning then open map n search NPC whitebread guru..
there are 3 quest from him step by step..
there quest that u need complete with meet elecmon who standby front gate devimon..

i'm sorry for my english bad :D

you must completed quest devimon at mountain dungeon and must lv 64 for tamer
