Helium everybody. I will try to create a RouleteBoot. Almost first time coding. I will need some help to understand. So thank you for being there.

Place to bet. random (1 to 6) {1-18, even, red, black, odd, 19-36}.
Bet size. random ($1 to $9)
after SPIN
if CASH+bet equal or more (New game). (start cash 10 + bet 7=10 or 17 end game).(New game)
if less keep betting same till no cash.

its very hard to code boot like this?
any ideos or links.
i have 0 experience yet.
