With BEM yes it is possible, however no one have post a script on that so you may have to make your own. you can try making a code for it and if there is a problem or error we can give advice or tips for you.

hello im new at BEM can you give me a sample of simple script. about just clicking on specific monster like High Orc. just click for normal attack if some monster shows at your screen.

autwalk is doable but not effective in ragnarok, it makes your bot slow.
