Secondly, there's a lot of types of macros and it would depend on what you are looking for, farming? grinding? shopping?

Specify what is "ako" and what you are looking for and I'd try to give you a proper answer.

AKO is AuraKingdom Online, and I assume the OP is trying to find a general auto attacking bot for grinding.

I haven't tried these out but these are threads for general auto attacking bots.
