I seem to come across people saying it's available only different countries. But I eventually found one for the USA. They changed it to Dragon Saga.

If anything, anybody can play Dragon Saga(Dragonica USA Version) in other countries, just use Hot Spot Shield.

Hot Spot Shield changes your IP, so that you can play IP tracking games..
